The Rainbow Flag Award encourages a whole organisation approach to LGBTQ+ inclusion, as well as developing strategies to effectively challenge and combat transphobic, homophobic and biphobic bullying.
Our staff have worked together with pupils to ensure that we have a fully-inclusive approach to all aspects of school life. We take every opportunity to celebrate the LGBT+ community and want our pupils to know that lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, non-binary and other related identities are welcomed and supported at our school.
